We utilise a number of different established, reliable courier companies to deliver your goods to you. We have negotiated excellent rates with these courier companies, all of whom have a record of doing their best to get the goods to you as quickly and economically as possible. Courier companies use your Suburb/Town to identify your address as being either Gauteng or Outlying Areas. Sending parcels to major city centers is fast and very cost-effective, but it's obviously a little slower, and more expensive to send parcels to outlying areas. Also keep in mind that since courier companies calculate their fees based on both weight and volume, we pack our goods as tightly as possible to keep the costs to a minimum: so always take care when opening the parcels and avoid using sharp objects that could damage the goods inside.
Orders within Gauteng and under 15kg will be charged a flat rate of R100.00 (Incl. VAT) for delivery of goods. Orders for Outlying Areas and over 15kg will carry a surcharge of R90.00 (Incl. VAT) per extra 10kg over and above the normal 15kg limit.

Returns & Refunds Policy
We will consider returns or exchanges within 5 days of receiving your order. You may return a product for store credit, a different product, or a refund. We will make every effort to make sure that the product description, availability; purchase price, and delivery charges of Goods on the Website are accurate.
GreenTopia complies with the Consumer Protection Act and will refund the Customer, less an amount for any direct expenses already incurred on behalf of the customer in respect of the product. GreenTopia will process a refund to your credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or into your bank account. The customer will be liable for credit card administration fees charged to GreenTopia by Peach Payments, Yoco, and the Bank in this regard as well as courier fees for collection.

We will not be liable for any loss, claim, or expense relating to a transaction-based error, except where an incorrect purchase price reflects on the website.
GreenTopia shall not be bound by any incorrect information regarding products displayed on any third-party websites.
GreenTopia will only accept returns of un-opened and un-used products. Credit will not be passed in these cases.
Damaged products will not be considered for returns if product was received in good condition.
